We recommend that you place your on our website. You can also place your order via phone. We can be reached by phone at (662) 487-5868. If you order by phone, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Payments are due upon receipt. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 12 hours.
Our bakery is a CURBSIDE PICK-UP site for paid orders ONLY. Individuals may not visit our site to inquire or to place orders.
At this time, we do not deliver our products. All orders must be picked up from our bakery.

We are typically able to accommodate cake orders with a 3 day notice. A few custom cakes in a gallery require more prep time (i.e cakes with handmade fondant toppers and custom cake toppers). Cakes with extended prep times have a notice attached to them.
There will be a 50% charge on all orders canceled within seven days of the pickup date. Orders canceled within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up date are non-refundable. Please call (662) 487-5868 for assistance with a cancellation.
Any changes to your order must be requested MORE than seven days prior to your scheduled pickup date. Please contact us with your request change by email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Pick-up date changes are subject to availability and must be rescheduled at the time of postponement. A maximum of 2 date changes are allowed. After the second pick-up date change, you will be charged a fee of $25 to reschedule.
You can definitely customize your order! When you select a product from our gallery, you are asked to include any specific needs for your order. This is your opportunity to tell us exactly how you would like your order. You should be sure to mention color preferences, any necessary text and etc.
If you prefer a design not shown in our gallery, click on the "Contact Us" menu option and request a quote for something different.
Most definitely! We offer this service for our sheet cakes. If you would like a personalized image on your cake, please order our "personalized sheet cake." Once your order is complete, you may email us your image at email@example.com
We do not offer cake tastings. We recommend that our customers order a dozen of our "sample cupcakes" to sample products. In our sample dozens, we offer up to 3 flavors.
Payments are made on our website at the time of your order. If your order is placed over the phone, an invoice will be emailed to you. Your invoice is due upon receipt. All unpaid invoices will be canceled after 12 hours (or sooner, if that date is secured by another customer).
Accepted payment methods include: all major credit cards, ShopPay, GooglePay,PayPal, and Sezzle.
Yes! We now offer Sezzle as a method of payment. Sezzle allows customers to pay for their order in 4 installments. A minimum purchase order of $75 is required for this payment method.

For faster service, please do not text or message us on social media to let us know that you are here for pickup.
Sure you can. Just be sure to send someone you trust. Make them aware that they will be traveling with precious cargo. It is your responsibility to provide proper transportation when picking up an order. Once order is transferred to the recipient, he or she assumes all responsibility for the care of their product.

We do not offer funds or exchanges. Depending on the circumstance, JustCakeIt! may issue a credit or re-order.
