How do I pay for my order?

Walk-in orders: We accept cash, credit and debit card, and ShopPay (installment pay).

Website orders: Payments are made on our website using credit, debit, or ShopPay (installment pay) at the time of your order.

Phone orders: An invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Payment is due upon receipt. All unpaid invoices will be canceled at the close of each business day (or sooner, if the date reaches capacity). We strongly recommend that you complete your purchase immediately after receiving your invoice.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed in-store, on our website, or by phone. We accept multiple payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, JustCakeIt! gift cards, and installment payments through Sezzle or ShopPay.

We do not accept deposits.

All payments are required in full at the time of order placement. Until payment is received, your request will be regarded as an inquiry and will not be scheduled on our calendar.

What is installment pay & how does it work?

Installment payment is a convenient payment method that allows customers to pay for their order in four installments.

To use this service, simply select this payment option, create an account with ShopPay or Sezzle at checkout & complete your purchase.

Please note that a minimum purchase order of $50 is required to utilize this payment option.

What is I want to orders something NOT listed on your website?

A cake or product not listed on our website is considered a "custom item."

To order a custom cake (or item), please CLICK HERE and submit your request. A member of our team will respond within 3 business days. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, please follow up as emails can occasionally be routed to spam.

Can I change my order and/or pickup date?

Any to your order must be requested at least seven (7) days before the confirmed pickup date.

Confirmed pickup date changes are subject to availability and must be rescheduled at the time of the postponement request.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us directly. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations; only store credit is provided. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card and is valid for 180 days. Orders canceled with less than 72 business hours' notice are non-refundable and will not receive store credit.

How should I travel with my cake so it doesn't get damaged.

Can I request a refund?

Requests for refunds must meet the following criteria:

  1. The customer must contact JustCakeIt! and/or return the product for inspection within 24 hours of pickup from our bakery.
  2. The product must be deemed unacceptable and outside the scope of our company’s standards in regards to quality and appearance, or
  3. The product received included an incorrect design, flavor, etc., as clearly documented by JustCakeIt! staff or the customer.

If all the above criteria are met, we will honor the customer's request for a refund. We will gladly remake your product, issue store credit, or provide a refund.
