JustCakeIt! Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing JustCakeIt!, LLC. Please review our Terms & Conditions carefully. By purchasing products from JustCakeIt!, LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.  

JustCakeIt!, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review them whenever you place an order or visit our website.  

In-Store Pickup

JustCakeIt!, LLC does not offer delivery services. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate transportation when picking up an order. Once an order is transferred to the recipient, the recipient assumes full responsibility for the product's condition and care.  

JustCakeIt!, LLC is not responsible for:  
- Product quality issues due to prolonged outdoor exposure.  
- Improper handling of the product by the customer.  
- Quality of products not picked up by the scheduled pickup date.

Allergies

Our products may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and eggs. Additionally, some of our products contain inedible materials (e.g., acrylic name plates and cake toppers, plastic accessories, floral wire, wooden/plastic dowels).  

JustCakeIt!, LLC is not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from the ingestion of these materials. Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order.  

Order Fulfillment

JustCakeIt!, LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to accidents, national emergencies, inclement weather, or acts of God. In such cases, an appropriate resolution or compensation will be determined by both parties.  

Payments

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Order Changes

Requests for changes to an order must be submitted at least **seven (7) days** before the scheduled pickup date. Approval of changes is at our discretion.  To request an order modification, email us at orders@justcakeit.net. We will follow up to confirm any approved changes.  

Photography

We frequently photograph our products for promotional purposes. JustCakeIt!, LLC reserves the right to use any product images for display, marketing, or advertising without compensation to the customer.  

Cancellations

Orders canceled with more than seven (7) days' notice may receive store credit in the form of a gift card, redeemable at: http://www.justcakeit.net. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be used for in-store purchases on case items. All store credit redemptions are subject to availability, just like any other order. Cash refunds are not an option for orders cancelled.

Orders canceled with seven (7) days or less notice are not eligible for a refund or store credit. These orders may only be rescheduled for a future date, subject to availability.

Refund & Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. In the event a product is returned due to dissatisfaction with quality or design, it will be reviewed by our owner to assess whether it meets our quality standards. If it does not, we’ll either remake the item or issue a refund, at management’s discretion.
